Miami Downtown Brickell Area
I’m a Broker Associate who works in Sunny Isles Beach,FL and most of my business used to be mainly on the beach. However things have recently changed and my business has shifted to sell in Miami Downtown as it has become a central hub for international investments. This movement is due to the presence of foreigners buyers looking for a great return on their investment. Miami Downtown’s prices have attracted a lot of investors price per square foot is much more attractive than on the beach and the ROI is excellent. Another reason why I’m concentrating in the downtown area is the future project of $700 million Brickell CitiCentre breaking ground in the second quarter of 2012 it will have stores and hotel complex and it will be the biggest works private project that will be built in theUSAnext year. It is going to be almost double the size of the Sawgrass Mills shopping mall. MyBrickell a new condo where prices start at $170,000 will be with walking distance to this new mall! Let’s not forget the $3 billion Resorts World which will be near the downtown area which will bring thousands of additional visitors per year. It is expected to create 15,000 construction jobs and another 30,000 once completed. The Miami Downtown market is very HOT and International buyers’ have helped tremendously this market!
